Event structure

• 3:00 PM Attendees arrive, sign in, receive welcome package.
• 3:30 PM: Refreshments will be served.
• 4:30 PM: Attendees will be seated to their assigned seats.
• Men and women will meet each other on a one-on-one basis for a few minutes before moving on to the next person.
• The ladies will stay at their seats while gentlemen will rotate seating. This will ensure that everyone has the opportunity to meet each other.
• Depending on age disparity and number of people in each age group, we will be running separate one-on-one sessions for different age groups, simultaneously.
• Parents/Guardians will be seated with other parents during one-on -one session
• 7:30 PM: Buffet will be available for all attendees.
• 9:00 PM: Concluding remarks.
