Room Rules
Please Silence All Electronic Devices and Reduce Noise/Distractions as much as possible.
Video/Photo Recording is strictly prohibited.
During Introductions remain muted unless asked to speak.
During Group Sessions you may jump in and speak when you feel inclined.
During Live-chatting you can message everyone publicly or anyone privately.
If you have any questions, please send private message to a member on the Millan Team.
Keep Conversation Positive and Friendly at all times.
Do not ask for anyone’s contact information, but you are welcome to share your contact information.
Example:
It’s a pleasure to speak with you. If you would like to follow up with me after the event, here is my contact information___.
Response:
I enjoyed our conversation as well, here is my contact information ____.
Or
Thank you! Nice meeting you. (If you prefer not to give your contact information).
Tech Tips
Rename your name badge to match your profile name (Your Full Name), located in the “Participants” tab on the bottom or on the right sidebar.
The chatbox on the bottom right allows you to message everyone publicly or anyone privately.
You can rotate tables by changing the breakout rooms, or we can help move you. If you begin at Table 1, move to Table 2. If you are in the last table, move to the first table.
You may open the Google Doc files in the chatbox which will allow you to view and follow along with all of the profiles as we have the introduction portion of the event.
We have included a Google Doc to create your own Introduction speech. Make a copy in Google Docs so you can edit the copy of the document.
We have also included a link to the evaluation form which you can fill out after the event which will help us receive your feedback so that we can improve future events.
